Policies

All plans are contingent upon these policies. All customers are responsible for the costs of any new hardware. IMS will suggest what it feels are the best purchasing decisions. The above charges are for the first, physical presence of an IMS Technician. Taking hardware after the first visit and doing work on it outside of the first visit will incur additional charges. These charges will not exceed the base price for the initial visit. For example, if an IMS Technician visits your house ($80) and has to take your computer off-site to work on it, the off-site work will not exceed $80. Initial on-site payments are due upon arrival of the technician. Return of equipment that has been worked on off-site will only occur when payment has been rendered.
